Recently an Apple patent was discovered that showed a modular laptop of some kind where you could take it apart piece by piece and reassemble in whatever configuration you desire.

The reason we might care about this is this drawing in it.

It seems to be a sort of turn table attachment to the screen you can add.

This, in terms of someone who cares about quality vinyl, doesn’t seem like an awesome invention. It would likely be lower quality than a standalone turn table with your own sound system.

But there is something interesting about this we should pay attention to. It would appeal to the average consumer.

This shows how much vinyl has grown over the past couple year. Even companies like apple are seeing that there is a growing market that they want to tap into.

Whether we like it or not, people are coming in droves to buy records and companies of all kinds want to get their skin in the game.

This means growth is looking to go even further. These fortune 100 companies are putting their bets on it.
